Over the summer, a friend of mine decided to try to run a game using my
system. Thus, she needed rules. Well, I felt the need to type

she was sent. Basics, and Basics
Two - Powers. The contents of Basics will become the new Quick
and Dirty Mechanics section. The Powers is a horrible first attempt
at a unified Powers system. No clue how well it works, but its ugly
and will be thoroughly revised as time permits.
